S1 Precision Protocol has two casts — the second always deals true damage, so always complete both hits in any trade. S2 Tactical Sweep outer half deals bonus damage and heals; position to clip enemies with the tip of the cone. S3 Hookshot fires to a wall then lets you dash onto an enemy target — use it to close the gap in trades or escape. In teamfights, S3 onto a priority target, Ult Hextech Ultimatum to lock them inside a zone and isolate them, then burst with double S1 and S2.
