Passive Hemorrhage stacks bleed up to five times with autos and abilities, granting massive bonus AD at full stacks — every trade should aim to reach five stacks before using Ult. S1 Decimate swings in a wide circle with the blade dealing significantly more damage than the handle; always position so enemies are hit by the outer edge of the arc. S2 Crippling Strike empowers your next auto to slow the target — use it to stick to fleeing enemies after you have stacks built up. S3 Apprehend pulls all enemies in a cone toward you; use it to drag an enemy into your team or prevent escapes. In teamfights, open with S3 pull to bring a priority target into your team, stack Hemorrhage with S1 and autos, then execute with Ult Noxian Guillotine — the Ult resets on kills, so look for chains against multiple low-health targets. Always target the squishiest or most isolated champion.
