Passive Mark of the Storm stacks with every ability hit — three marks on the same target stun them. S1 Thundering Shuriken is a long-range skillshot that applies one mark; always open trades with it. S2 Electrical Surge passively makes every fifth auto apply a mark and actively detonates all marks on nearby targets for damage — use it to trigger stuns when enemies have two stacks. S3 Lightning Rush turns you into electricity for brief invulnerability and bonus movement speed; use it to dash through enemies, apply a mark, and reposition. In teamfights, S3 into the enemy cluster applies a mark to all of them simultaneously — Ult Slicing Maelstrom follows immediately, repeatedly striking nearby enemies and applying marks. Two or more abilities hitting a group will chain-stun multiple enemies. Target whoever is grouped closest to the most enemies.
