Passive Umbra Blades makes every few autos hit all nearby enemies for bonus damage and heal Nocturne — favor fighting near multiple enemies to maximize the passive sustain. S1 Duskbringer fires a trail of darkness that damages and gives Nocturne bonus movement speed and AD while in the trail; always aim it in the direction you plan to run to benefit from the trail. S2 Shroud of Darkness blocks the next ability hit within a window, doubling Nocturne's attack speed if it succeeds — time it against incoming CC or burst spells. S3 Unspeakable Horror fears the target after tethering for one second; stay close to the target for the full duration to guarantee the fear. In teamfights, Ult Paranoia first plunges the entire enemy team into darkness, then you can dive to any enemy you can see. Target whoever is most isolated or whose CC you blocked with S2.
