Passive Beloved Trinkets periodically empowers your next ability cast to scatter Trinkets on the ground near the impact point. Enemies who step on a Trinket take magic damage and gain a Thread Sigil debuff, which enlarges their collision size — making all your subsequent skillshots dramatically easier to land. Manage your passive cooldown and track when it is ready before committing to an ability cast, since the Trinket scatter is your most consistent setup tool. S1 Memory Surge is your primary poke — hold to charge for increased range and damage, release to fire. At full charge it also detonates all nearby Trinkets on the first champion hit for bonus burst damage, and Norra recoils backward a short distance after firing, providing a small repositioning safety valve. Do not always wait for full charge; a quick partial-charge shot in a gap is often better than waiting. S2 Journey to Nowhere tosses a portal that banishes all enemies inside for 2.25 seconds — they are sent to the Spirit Realm where they can move but cannot attack or use abilities, and are slowed by 80%. This is primarily a defensive tool; use it when a diver closes the gap or to stall an enemy carry from acting during your team's burst window. S3 Thread Rift conjures portals at both ends of a horizontal area and fires interweaving bolts between them, damaging and slowing enemies caught between. The passive component applies Thread Sigil whenever a Trinket deals damage, further increasing enemy collision size for your bolt skillshots. In teamfights, layer S3 bolts across the enemy cluster, use passive Trinkets to tag enemies with Thread Sigils, and charge S1 to full to detonate Trinkets on a priority target for maximum burst. Ult Portalpalooza! creates a large circle and lets you swipe across it up to four times to fire bolts end-to-end, slowing the first champion hit each time. Use the full four swipes on grouped or slowed enemies for sustained AoE damage.
