Passive Glorious Evolution upgrades one of Viktor's abilities with Hex Cores — upgrading S1 adds a slow, S2 adds a stun field, and S3 adds a gravity zone. S1 Siphon Power fires a bolt and empowers Viktor's next auto for a shield and bonus damage on hit — use the empowered auto immediately for the shield proc. S2 Gravity Field creates a slowing zone that stuns enemies who linger inside too long; place it in choke points or under CC'd enemies and let them stun themselves. S3 Death Ray fires a laser across the map along a line — with the upgrade, it creates a trailing explosion zone that persists. In teamfights, S2 gravity field to zone an area, S3 laser across the group, S1 poke, and Ult Chaos Storm creates a moving lightning vortex that silences and damages everything it moves through — point it at the largest group and watch it drift through the fight.
