S1 Transfusion drains a target health and heals you — the empowered version after three stacks heals significantly more, so use S1 on cooldown in every trade. S2 Sanguine Pool makes you briefly untargetable and slows enemies inside — use it to dodge key abilities or CC. S3 Tides of Blood charges up for a larger AoE burst; release it as a follow-up after S1. In teamfights, open with Ult Hemoplague on the grouped enemy team to amplify all damage they take, then follow up with empowered S3, chain S1 and S3, and S2 when burst is incoming.
